billQ logo<-->After a few weeks of allowing our loyal billQ users to test out the new version — and after an even longer amount of time planning, designing, and coding — we are excited to launch the new version of billQ to the public. No more coming soon pages, no more "we are hard at work on the new version" sign-offs — as of today, you can see for yourself.

So check out the billQ site for a run-through of some of the new and improved features, and then sign up to get started keeping track of your bills. We think that this new version really takes the next step in our plans to help make managing your personal finances easier. For example, the new version of billQ adds one important feature: Reports. The previous version went a long way towards helping you figure out what bills you had, and when they were due. But this new version helps you make sense of your bills once they're paid. With the Reports you can see exactly where your money is going, allowing you to stay on top of your cash flow and avoid unexpected debt.

The original idea for billQ came from a need to remove the stress surrounding managing your bills. We all have that running tally in our head listing what needs to be paid and when, and it really causes unneeded anxiety. Too many times you have that "Oh shit!" moment where your stomach drops because you can't remember if you paid the utilities bill. We are trying to eliminate those moments. With billQ you have one place to go to see what's due. If you let billQ do the hard work of keeping that to-do list, you can think about the million other things that happen throughout your day.

So with all this being said, we hope you like the new version of billQ. Please feel free to send us any questions or comments at support@mybillq.com or leave a comment on the blog. And speaking of the blog, we have plans to make much better use of this space from now on. We are going to post relevant personal finance news, tips, and other info to help create a community around billQ. So we hope you participate (*cough* subscribe to the blog and leave comments *cough*). Thanks again.
