billQ Terms of Service

By using the billQ service you agree to the following terms and conditions. Seen Creative Group reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time and without notice. Any new versions or updates to the billQ service will comply with the previously stated terms, and the use of these updates continues the user's agreement with the Terms of Service.

Account Terms:

Each user is responsible for the content they generate. Seen Creative Group takes no responsibility for user generated content. Each user is also responsible for the security of their account information. Do not share, or make public, any of your sensitive account and login information.

Termination:

Seen Creative Group reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice should the user violate any of the Terms of Service. Seen Creative Group also has discretion to terminate any account for any reason.

Cancellation:

The user has the right to cancel their account at any time. Once the account is cancelled all information associated with that account will be permanently deleted. Each user is solely responsible for account cancellation.

Seen Creative Group reserves the right to terminate any account at any time and deny future service to anyone for any reason.

Payment and Billing:

To use the billQ Plus service, a valid VISA or MasterCard credit card is required. A credit card is not required for use of the Free version of bilLQ.

The billQ service is offered with two different payment plans. The billing conditions of each are as follows:

  1. Monthly Billing
    The billQ Plus service offered on a monthly basis will be charged in advance on each monthly billing cycle. This charge is non-refundable and no credits will be given for months of partial usage or months with no usage. It is your responsibility to cancel or downgrade an inactive account.
  2. Yearly Billing
    The billQ Plus service offered on a yearly basis will be charged in advance on each yearly billing cycle. This charge is non-refundable and no credits will be given for periods of partial usage or periods of no usage. It is your responsibility to cancel or downgrade an inactive account.

Credit Card information and transaction information will be completed over a secure 256-bit SSL connection.

Paid plans will continue to be billed indefinitely until the user cancels or downgrades their account. We will however send a notice in advance of each yearly billing cycle.

If you Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade your account, the new charges (or lack of charges) will be reflected on your credit card starting the next billing cycle.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.

Downgrading:

Downgrading the billQ service may cause the loss of content and features in your account. Seen Creative Group does not accept any liability for these losses.

Modifications:

Users cannot modify any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Copyright and Ownership:

All content entered by the user is copyright of that user. Seen Creative Group claims no copyrights on user-generated content. Seen Creative Group does not pre-screen any content but reserves the right to remove content at any time without notice.

General Terms:

  1. The use of billQ is at "your own risk." The service is offered "as is" and Seen Creative Group makes no guarantees concerning the availability or "uptime" of the service.
  2. There is no official technical support for billQ, but users can contact Seen Creative Group at contact@mybillq.com with any issues. Response times will vary.
  3. You cannot modify the billQ service in any way or remove its association with Seen Creative Group.
  4. Though we reserve the right to do so, Seen Creative Group has no obligation to remove content or accounts containing inappropriate, unlawful, or any otherwise damaging information.
  5. You understand that some of the content used in billQ may be transferred unencrypted and over multiple networks.
  6. Seen Creative Group is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to users of billQ as a result of using the service in any way.
  7. Seen Creative is not liable for the failure to enforce the Terms of Service and such incident does not negate the Terms of Service and the rights it provides.
  8. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Seen Creative Group and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Seen Creative Group (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
